Exchanges and Refunds

At Waniwarehouse, we understand how stressful it can be when shopping for formal wear for our kids. Issues such as fits, designs and general sizing play a big part in all of that. That is why we have created a simple refund and exchange process.

Refunds

Any items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund. Email us at refunds@waniwarehouse.com whilst highlighting your key order details. We will then authorise the refund and provide the return address to send the goods back to us. Upon receipt of your items back at our warehouse, we will then inspect the item and process the refund.

To be entitled to a refund, the item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact. The item must be in new and saleable condition.

Please note, items from our "Luxury Bespoke" range do not apply. Please ensure the sizing is correct as per the size you wish to order. These items are stitched to order and therefore cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

 

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange a size, kindly email us at refunds@waniwarehouse.com. We will then go through the exchange process with you.
